Week 1 Twitch Drops: Rogue and Necromancer
- Start Time: June 5, 4 p.m. PDT
- End Time: June 11, 11:59 p.m. PDT Immerse yourself for at least 3 hours into Diablo IV content to obtain the Azurehand Back-Stabber Dagger and Azurehand Heart-Piercer Sword Weapon Recolors, perfect for vanquishing demons. Extend your vigil to 6 hours to secure the Matron-Sigil Coffer (Rogue) and Progenitor Favor (Necromancer) Back Trophy.
Week 2 Twitch Drops: Sorcerer
- Start Time: June 12, 12 a.m. PDT
- End Time: June 18, 11:59 p.m. PDT Devote at least 3 hours to eligible Diablo IV content to receive the Azurehand Spell-Slinger Wand Weapon Recolor, an ideal tool for raining down magical attacks on enemies. Week 3 Twitch Drops: Druid

- End Time: June 25, 11:59 p.m. PDT Invest a minimum of 3 hours in Diablo IV content to attain the Azurehand Head-Cleaver Weapon Recolor, your best friend for demon beheading. Further, a total of 6 hours of viewing rewards you with the Font of the Mother Back Trophy.
Week 4 Twitch Drops: Barbarian
- Start Time: June 26, 12 a.m. PDT
- End Time: July 2, 11:59 p.m. PDT Commit at least 3 hours to eligible Diablo IV content to earn the formidable Azurehand Skull-Crusher. A total of 6 hours of enjoyment fetches you the Matriarch’s Mantle Back Trophy.
Please note that after dedicating 3 hours to any eligible stream, you must claim the relevant reward before proceeding towards the next one.
SUPPORT A STREAMER
From June 5, 4 p.m. PDT to July 2, 11:59 p.m. PDT, extend your support to approved Diablo IV creators by gifting them 2 Twitch subscriptions of any tier. This act of generosity bestows upon you the rugged Primal Instinct Mount.

Not at all. Ownership of any edition of Diablo IV isn’t a prerequisite to earning progress towards or obtaining Twitch Drops.
Simply sign in to your Battle.net account here, click the Connect link for Twitch, and follow the on-screen instructions to successfully link your Twitch account to Battle.net.
You can easily earn and claim drops using your PC, Mac web browser, or the Twitch app for Android or iOS. Unfortunately, Twitch apps on gaming consoles, smart TVs, and other TV apps do not support drops.
Not necessarily. You can accumulate progress towards a drop from watching any eligible Diablo IV content creator on Twitch. You could watch half an hour on one channel, then switch to another channel without any loss of progress. However, viewing more than one channel simultaneously won’t accelerate your progress.
No. After earning your drop, you must claim it either on the channel you’re viewing or in the Drops Inventory menu on Twitch.
Yes, Twitch Drop rewards will expire 7 days after they’ve been claimed, provided a Battle.net account has not been linked.
Just ensure that your Twitch and Battle.net accounts are linked, and that you’re opted into Drops.
Yes, all regions except China, Russia, and Belarus are eligible to receive Diablo IV Twitch Drops.
First, log into Twitch using either a PC or mobile device. Purchases can be made on both mobile and PC platforms. Detailed information on purchasing subscriptions can be found here.
Once earned, the campaign reward code will be delivered to your Twitch notification inbox. The notification inbox is located on the top navigation bar on Twitch, to the right. The codes will stay there until you delete the message.
Sign in to Battle.net and go to the Account Overview menu. Enter the code in the Redeem a Code box and click Redeem Code.
It may take up to 24 hours for the campaign reward code delivery to be sent once earned. If after waiting 24 hours and verifying that your purchases were made towards an eligible streamer that was live streaming, please contact Twitch Support while logged in.
If you have successfully received your reward redemption code on Twitch but encounter problems redeeming reward items in Battle.net, please contact Blizzard support for assistance or queries regarding reward redemption code.
